If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the same address you used at checkout. Include:
- The email address on the original order (if different from the sending address)
- Approximate purchase date

How Refunds Are Issued
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (the card or account you used at checkout).
- Once we process the refund on our side, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- You'll receive an email confirmation from our payment processor (Stripe) when the refund is issued.
What Happens to Your Access
When a refund is processed, access to the purchased materials is revoked. Specifically:
- Hosted PDF download links remain technically accessible (we can't recall files you've already saved to your device), but continued use of any downloaded materials after a refund constitutes a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Your subscription to the Hello Audio audiobook feed and daily cues feed is canceled. New episodes will stop appearing in your podcast app.
- Any email automations associated with the purchase are stopped.
After 30 Days
Refund requests beyond 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If something is broken, missing, or wasn't as described, email us anyway — we'll do right by you. We're not in the business of holding onto money from a customer who isn't being served.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have any issue with your purchase, please email us first at [email protected]. We respond to every email and most refund requests are resolved within 24 hours. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us can result in being banned from future purchases.
